This week
Open nights take a YES on WhatsApp. Full nights run a waitlist. A night that's live has a board you can follow from the bar.
How a night runs
The host taps one button per stage. Tourney writes to each player from the club's WhatsApp number and suggests the next step at every point of the night.
One message to the club group. Every YES lands on the host's list with name and number.
Price, format, deadline and the no-show rule, sent once, the same for everyone.
Over-subscribed nights fill themselves. Drop-outs are offered on in order, automatically.
A personal link per player. Paid, pending and waived are all visible to the host. Cash and card at the desk are logged with one tap.
Perfect Americano rotations for 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 and 32 players. Mexicano draws each round from the live table.
Court cards with +/− steppers, serve and change-ends prompts, a round clock. Or ScoreMaster on a watch (add-on).
Standings image for the group, a personal statement for each player, CSV and PDF for the club.

Sixteen players. Seven rounds. One WhatsApp thread.
The host never leaves the court, the players never ask "who am I with", and the bar gets the results before the last ball is picked up.
The engine
Everything in Tourney today, running for The Padel Club. The engine is pure logic covered by tests; the only thing stored is the event log, so corrections never lose history and every phone shows the same result.
With 8, 12, 16, 20, 24 or 32 players everyone partners everyone once and faces everyone twice. Other counts get a balanced draw where partners never repeat.
Each round is drawn from the leaderboard: 1st + 4th vs 2nd + 3rd, or 1st + 3rd vs 2nd + 4th, with repeat partners avoided.
32, 24, 21 or 16 points, or timed 10, 12 and 15 minutes. Custom templates saved per club. Score check chosen per event.
Sit-outs are credited at the player's own average. Ties: points, wins, point difference, head-to-head, fewer sit-outs.
Any score can be corrected, even in a closed round. Every correction is logged and a draw it affected is flagged for redraw.
Someone leaves at round 3? The remaining rounds are redrawn in seconds. Nobody stands around.
Twelve clubs, one account per host, one head-office view of every night and every payment, from Wilmslow to Cardiff.
Price card, prize split and refunds computed per night. Each player gets a personal statement; the club gets the ledger.

The board on the bar TV. Every point, as it lands.
With the ScoreMaster add-on the clubhouse screens show live courts; without it, every phone has the board anyway.
Live board
A public page per night, no login, names and photos only. Court cards with steppers, serve and change-ends prompts and a round clock. With the ScoreMaster add-on, scores come from a watch and the board goes on any TV.

Club ladder
An invitational ladder for each club or across all of them. It fills weekday daytime courts and ends with a squad.

Pairs are seeded by the committee and their peers, then play a box of four each month. Top two move up, bottom two move down.
Ladder matches are scheduled into weekday daytime slots the club chooses, so the ladder fills courts that would otherwise sit empty.
Scores are recorded on ScoreMaster, recomputed by the server from taps, and confirmed by the other pair's captain. No typed scores.
A quarter later ratings freeze and the top of the ladder is the club's representative squad for inter-club play.
GameMatch
A find-a-game board on every The Padel Club club page. Post an open spot or a booked court that needs two; every fitting player at the club gets one ping. Hosts approve each player by name; numbers stay private until a host accepts you.
Clubs
Each club has its own host, its own nights and its own board. A player who signs up at Wilmslow is already known at Trafford City.

For the club
A white-label Tourney for all twelve clubs, on an annual subscription. Your brand, your domain, your WhatsApp number, your website; our engine.
Every host at every club runs nights from tourney.thepadelclub.co.uk, on your own domain. Head office sees everything.
A Meta WhatsApp Business number for the club. Message templates are approved for the club's name; replies route to the right host at the right venue.
This site runs at thepadelclub.padelmind.in today and moves to thepadelclub.co.uk, or any domain you own, the day you say so. Pick a colour template, drop in your logo and photos, done.
A find-a-game board on each club's page, feeding empty court slots to players who are looking.
Committee-seeded, quarter-long, off-peak. A representative squad per club, and inter-club finals at Trafford City.
WhatsApp-code sign-in, personal history across all twelve clubs, pay-per-night links. Card payments settle to the club. Sits beside the Society app and Playtomic booking.
Live scoring from a watch or phone, court boards on the clubhouse screens, and verified results that feed the night's standings and the ladder automatically. Priced per club on top of the subscription.
